Toast Prince William and Kate Middleton with Royal Wedding-inspired Cocktails

All of London is gearing up to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton at the end of April. There are Royal Wedding tours that traverse the city, Royal Wedding souveniers up for sale, and now one hotel chain is raising the bar with a line of Royal Wedding-inspired cocktails.

Park Plaza hotels in London are set to introduce a cocktail menu that is inspired by the tradition for brides to wear or carry "something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue" just in time for the Royal Wedding.

The cocktail menu features a twist on an old-fashioned cocktail, a new cocktail called the "Wedded Fizz" that was invented to celebrate the Royal Wedding, a drink borrowed from New York -- the Manhattan, renamed the "Best Man-hattan" -- for the occasion, and a blue-colored cocktail made with Blue Curacao.

Hotels with bars featuring the cocktail menu include the Park Plaza County Hall, Park Plaza Sherlock Holmes, Park Plaza Victoria London, Plaza on the River, Park Plaza Riverbank, and the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Visitors can raise their glass to the soon-to-be-wed couple from April 1 through May 16 at any of the hotel bars for the price of 9 ($14.50) per cocktail.
